ROMI DIROBERTO
Romi has a degree in Interior Design where she worked in the industry since graduation at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 1991. After moving to Phoenix, Arizona and working for a top residential design firm, she moved back to Florida to follow her passion for Construction. She worked as a Project Manager for a lead commercial General Contracting firm for 15 years before joining her husband, John and John’s cousin Michael at Florida Design. Since joining the family business, our popularity has increased even more due to Romi’s vast knowledge of design and construction. Her passion for design has given her an edge with clients due to her willingness to provide input on hand and ability to complete any room with a sharp eye and attention to style.
JOHN DIROBERTO
John joined his cousin Michael early on and became a pivotal part of the growth of Florida Design. His contact base and personality have attracted and kept many of our clients since the beginning. John’s drive and vision were the reason for the Florida Design Showroom to be opened where we were able to meet with clients and show product samples. Although we were forced to regroup after Hurricane and water damages, he kept Florida Design alive as a “shop at home” business and kept our client base thriving. His backgrounds in public relations and marketing have kept our clients satisfied and repeat customers.
